    Job Summary

    This is a customer supporting role where as a Technical Support Engineer you will work to solve product and network problem. As a Senior Technnical Support, you will provide support to the customers, have chance to help manage the support team and big potential of carrer development, report directly the General Manager. To be successful in this role, you should be a motivated self-starter and self-learner, possess strong customer service and technical problem solving skills; and be someone who embraces challenges.

     

    Responsibilities

    • As the Senior Technical Support Engineer, receive calls from the customers, answer the questions and solve problems of TP-LINK products
    • Training other L1 Technical support and help them improve IT skills, help building the Customer Support Quality and Warranty process standard
    • Products testing and submit testing reports
    • Help products customized, product's translation(QIG\Package\User Manuel) and translation checking of software, provide products improving and customized advices
    • Other jobs related to products or sales technical support

     

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or above, IT technology background
    • Native Japanese, basic English speaking and writing
    • 3+ year experience in the IT technology industry, has working experience in any other Networking brands or Engineer experience in relevant IT industry will be preferred
    • Patient and good at communication
    • CCNA will be an added advantage

    仕事内容:

    ・ヨドバシやビックカメラ等の量販店にて、お客様へTP-Linkの商品、サービスを案内する。

       ※メインはTP-Link無線LAN製品の案内ですが、同売り場の他のメーカーの製品も案内していただくことになります。
    ・TP-Link売場の維持と整備。
    ・商品の売り上げ、在庫状況、競争製品の状況など、報告し、改善案を提案する


    応募資格:
    ⇒家電販売経験者が大歓迎です!
    ⇒しっかりと研修があるため、業界・職種経験はもちろん、社会人経験も問いません。
    ⇒学歴・転職回数・ブランクなども不問です。

    望ましい条件:
    ・接客・販売経験(アルバイト経験ももちろんOK)をお持ちの方は、その経験で培ったコミュニケーションスキルを当社でも活かせます。
    ・パソコンや周辺機器に詳しい方、特にネットワーキング機器や無線LANルーター製品に知識がある方、大歓迎です。


    雇用形態:派遣社員

     2,000円~2,500円/時+交通費全額支給

     

    勤務地:勤務地は皆さんおなじみの大手家電量販店さんです。(秋葉原、池袋、新宿、横浜)

    勤務時間:10:00~21:00(シフト制、8時間勤務、1時間休憩)

    勤務曜日:週5日・シフト制勤務
